Delivery time period?

Orders are usually delivered within 7 – 10 days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Shipping charges?

We provide Free Shipping for Prepaid orders. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.75 on all orders with COD.

RETURN POLICY
Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

We refund the amount if there is any issue with the product directly to the customer. The product can also be replaced if there is any size issue with it.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to his/her thesavagestore.in wallet or Discount coupons will be issued, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on admin@thesavagestore.in with your Order ID mentioned.
Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in thesavagestore.in account to place the order for the new product.
For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges.
Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a Discount coupon to the Customer.
Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

REFUND POLICY
What are the terms and conditions for refund?

You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
All refunds will be credited in your thesavagestore.in Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on thesavagestore.in
If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your thesavagestore.in E-wallet as store credits or Discounts coupons exclusively for you will be provided.
Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.75 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.75, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
